Established by Peter Stoffell in 2013, Virtus OD is a team of experienced local and international consultants successfully collaborating with clients from a diverse range of businesses and industries in various international locations, including Hong Kong, Australia, the South Pacific and Southeast Asia.
The principle focus of Virtus OD is to align organisations with their rapidly changing and complex environments through organisational learning, knowledge management and transformation of organisational values and behaviours.

Our approach is based on sound psychological principles that facilitate the acceptance of change, accelerate learning and lead to sustainable improvements in people’s performance.
We blend a process of continuous diagnosis, action planning, implementation and evaluation with the goal of enhancing organisational capability for resolving problems and managing future change. Sustainable change is achieved through the time and tools for self-reflection, coaching and feedback, as well as opportunities to practice new behaviours in business environments designed to bring the reality of workplace situations and challenges faced by the employees.

Peter is an organisational development professional and the founder of Virtus OD (HK), an organisational development consulting practice that brings together research, theory and commercial acumen to bring about sustained and effective personal development which reinforces dynamic organisational performance.
With more than 20 years of experience as a manager and consultant, Peter has worked with internal and external business clients that span a broad range of industries across multiple functions and cultures. He has experience collaborating with clients from various locations, including Australia, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. Peter holds an MA in Human Resource Development and supporting qualifications in Adult Learning and Project Management.
